Une Camerounaise privée du droit de déposer une demande de visa en France.

Françoise, de nationalité camerounaise, est entrée en France en 2005 munie d’un visa. Elle vit en concubinage avec Mickaël, un ressortissant français depuis juin 2006. Le couple s’est marié à Alès, dans le Gard, le 10 mars 2008. Le 26 mars 2008, Françoise est convoquée au commissariat, arrêtée et placée au centre de rétention de Nîmes. The SDF National Chairman, Ni John Fru Ndi, has vowed to take court action against all those who have maliciously linked him to the recent strike action that led to destruction and killings. Deportation Blunder Saves Cameroonian Asylum Couple In UK

A Cameroonian couple seeking asylum in Rochdale have been saved from deportation by a blunder. The staff from the Border and Immigration Agency arrived in town to deport Lydia Ebok Besong and Bernard Oben Batey, of Rochdale Road, Firgrove, but they went to the wrong house. They surrounded the home of a parishioner of St Ann’s Church, Belfield, who had sent them a letter of support for the couple, wrongly believing the couples were inside. Read more

France Grants Asylum To Two Runaway Commissioners

The French government has granted asylum to two of the three senior superintendents of police sacked some time last year on grounds that they extorted two French journalists who were investigating homosexuality in Cameroon. Read more

Cameroon: Fru Ndi Prepares Defamation Suit Against Govt Ministers

The SDF National Chairman, Ni John Fru Ndi, has vowed to take court action against all those who have maliciously linked him to the recent strike action that led to destruction and killings. He said he was suing them for defamation, having lied against him thus dragging his image and that of the SDF into disrepute. The French government has granted asylum to two of the three senior superintendents of police sacked some time last year on grounds that they extorted two French journalists who were investigating homosexuality in Cameroon. Cameroon: Terrorist Attacks Are Imminent, Civil Society Warned

"A terrorist organisation is planning to launch attacks on government establishments and private enterprises in the Northwest Province any time from now."
