Cameroon: The US State department 2009 Human Rights Report on Cameroon

The U.S. Department of State released yesterday ( 11/03/2010)the 2009 edition of its annual Country Reports on Human Rights Practices, congressionally-mandated documents that summarizes human rights issues in all countries around the world. According to this report, concerning specially Cameroon,Human rights defenders were harassed, assaulted and detained. Individuals were unlawfully detained on account of their political  orientation.
